RAC – Resident Architecture Committee Meeting Dates, Times & Deadlines
The Resident Architectural Committee (RAC) meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30 p.m. at Amherst House to review applications. Your completed application must be received two Tuesdays before the meeting date to be considered by the Committee.

Applications eligible to be reviewed under the speedy process (only certain alterations are eligible for speedy review and eligibility will be determined by the covenant advisor) must be submitted weekly by Wednesday at noon. These applications will be reviewed by the Architectural Committee sign off person on Wednesday.
